Victor is responsible for Marketing and Strategy at OneHub. He graduated from the Ivey Business School in 2017 on the Dean’s Honour List. While at Ivey, Victor’s focus was on marketing and analytics, and how to use data to guide business growth strategy and create compelling marketing campaigns. Prior to attending Ivey, Victor honed his writing and communication skills at the Media Information and Techoculture program at Western University.
Victor led the winning team in the Unilever Case Competition at the 2016 Ivey Marketing Summit, conceiving, developing, and pitching the winning idea. Victor also worked on a team that provided consulting services to a multinational green industry leader, helping to improve operations and turn expenses into a viable source of profit.
Since graduating, Victor has worked full-time in marketing and managed the marketing campaign and youth volunteers for a political candidate, all while maintaining operations on his own tutoring business.
Victor believes in the importance of telling engaging stories and of connecting with your target audiences. With a background in quantitative analytics as well as in writing and communication, Victor is a strong proponent in the importance of merging the data with the stories in order to create truly successful marketing campaigns.
Victor has extensive experience with many popular marketing and analytics tools including Salesforce, Pardot, MailChimp, and Google Analytics.
Victor has been part of OneHub since its inception and is eager to help other entrepreneurs grow their dreams into flourishing businesses.
